A garments key attributes are important and if you are not satisfied with the fit, color, or quality you may return it for a merchandise credit or size within 15 days. We will gladly accept return requests for items that are unused, unworn with the original order number/receipt. All shipping cost may be at the responsibility of the customer. We realize size charts differ per item as we attempt to guide our customers on the fit of each garment in the products description. If a refund is offered on a Paypal payment for goods or services, the transaction fees and shipping cost are not returned to you. The amount of the refunded payment will be refunded to your PayPal account (less transaction/shipping) fee. Credit card payments will receive direct card credit minus shipping cost.

Once tracking proves delivered, we are not responsible for lost/stolen shipments. All shipment claims or reimbursements for lost/damaged shipments should be handled between the customer and carrier.
